Hi! My name is Kelly Boerckel and I am the school counselor at Pasemann Elementary! This is my 10th year in education and 6th year as a school counselor.
I feel like I have the best job in the school because not only do I get to meet with students individually and in groups but also I get to visit classrooms to do guidance presentations. Some of the topics I will be discussing when visiting classrooms are the following: decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills, diversity, self-confidence, motivation to achieve and responsible behavior. I will also meet with students individually and in groups as the need arises and or work on problem solving skills and reinforce skills taught in guidance lessons. If you have any questions or concerns about you child, please feel free to contact me at 512-352-1016 or by email at email@example.com.
I look forward to working with you and to be a part of the Taylor Duck family!
Access to Counseling Services
School counselors serve students—both in groups and individually—to help students meet academic, personal/social, and college/career goals.
Individual referrals to the school counselor may be made by the student, a parent, or by school staff and administration. School counseling services do not constitute or substitute for professional therapeutic care. Students may stop by the counseling office during the school day. Parents may call the counseling office to schedule an appointment or a phone conference.
